Past projects
The Animals Genome Assembly project
This project involved generating reference genome sequences for several species including camel, horse, and falcon using de novo assembly methods. We focused on optimizing genome assembly and annotation pipelines, providing valuable genomic resources to study evolutionary biology and species adaptation.

The Transcriptome Explore-EXPRESS Viewer project
With advances in RNA sequencing technologies, scientists need new tools to analyze transcriptome data. We introduce TEE-Viewer, a visualization tool for transcriptomic datasets. It allows intuitive comparisons between samples and conditions and supports researchers studying gene expression and splicing in health and disease.

The BLUEPRINT project
The BLUEPRINT Consortium aimed to generate reference epigenomes for haematopoietic cells and their malignant counterparts, offering insights into the role of epigenetics in disease. It was a key contributor to the International Human Epigenome Consortium (IHEC).
LincRNA project
This project focused on characterizing long intergenic non-coding RNAs (lincRNAs) in T-cell development and leukemia. It included transcriptome profiling, functional knockdown, and clinical relevance assessments in large T-ALL cohorts.
